Blu Ray update firmware?
I have a memorex Blu ray player that i got for christmas. When i tried to watch Horton Hears a Who, however, it said i needed a firmware update to watch..
i tried several times to download the firmware on to a CD-R disc and put it in the player, but it never worked. Can somebody help? Is there any way Memorex would send me a CD with the firmware already on it?
i have a Mac.

i know how to get into setup mode and everything... the problems im having are about getting it on the CD
i called memorex and they are going to send me a CD with the firmware already on it so i will just do it that way. So for the guy who answered, if you are having problem loading on the files, just call the memorex help number (1 877 363 6673) and ask them to send you a firmware CD.
I have a question that tacks on to this. I also have a Mac and was wondering if you burn the whole folder onto disc or just the files themselves. I did the general setup with the firmware and it didn't seem to work much like the person at the top. Any suggestions??
